D E A D  H O P E

You didn’t lose when the odds turned against you.

You lost when you stopped putting up a fight.

Fear didn’t make you a coward.

It was giving up on life.

The fall wouldn’t have refrained you from flying.

It was your hesitation to take a leap that did.

Because, it wasn’t the troubles that hindered with your dreams.

There was a hope you shouldn’t have killed.
